Micro Key Solutions is conducting business as usual and we are here for you!
We have devised a contingency and continuity plan in the event that the COVID-19 effected normal business operations or necessitated a closure of the office. We’re letting you know that we’ve enacted that contingency plan. As a precaution, and for the safety and health of our staff, we’ve closed the physical Micro Key headquarters office and have the staff working remotely. In accordance with Center for Disease Control recommendations and guidelines, the office will remain closed until we have 100% certainty that our staff are not in danger of any illness or contact with the virus. We will keep you informed as to changes in the status.
Business will continue as normal.
All phone and email avenues are still operating as they were with a fully-staffed and open office. The ticketing system and help desk are still fully functioning and being monitored. There are no changes to after hours support procedures. All training, scheduled go-live and implementation events will continue as scheduled unless alterations have been made with your project manager. We currently don’t expect any delays in responses or assistance when needed.
